Jishu Tarafder is an expert leadership& management development professional from Bangladesh. Jishu holds several international professional training qualifications including a qualification as a certified trainer and assessor of Technical & Further Education (TAFE), Australia.
Besides his training and management skills, Jishu has an excellent flair for visual arts i.e. painting, photography, and videography. So far, he has participated in a number of group art exhibitions and held two solo painting exhibitions. He also holds an M.A degree in film & media.
Mr. Abir Shawkat Haiat is currently working as the Group Management Consultant, and CEO for the product division, at Concord group. He has managed A1 Polymer Ltd. and Anwar Galvanizing Ltd. simultaneously as Head of Businesses & COO. He also worked as the CEO of Swift Logistic company.
He has exposure in several Local & Multinational organizations at both Strategic & Operational levels, namely Rahimafrooz Group, BSRM Steels Limited & Aktel (Robi). Worked in the core team to formulate the Corporate, Business & Functional level strategies of Rahimafrooz Group with Palladium Inc. USA. He has also worked with the leading consulting firms in various change management projects.

Mr. Razib Ahamed, a renowned corporate coach, has more than 16+ years experience of working in core Sales Management positions in different multinational organizations. He has worked in Northern, Southern and Central parts of Bangladesh.
He last worked with ROBI Axiata Bangladesh Ltd – one of the leading Telecommunication companies, as a Competence Development Manager. Before this he worked there as a Sales Training Manager. He also served Banglalink as a Zonal Sales Manager. He was a Territory Sales Manager of Unilever (BD) Ltd. and Reckitt Benckiser (BD) Ltd. before.
He has conducted more than 860+ trainings for various FMCG, Bank, Real Estate, Cement Industry, Financial Institute, Electronics company, IT equipment and Telco products selling company. He is not only a renowned Sales trainer but also a Customer Service and a motivational trainer.
