Job Context

• The candidate must have leadership traits with effective communication skill. He/She must be target driven, detail oriented and customer focused and be open to travel.
• Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Khulna and anywhere in Bangladesh.
• LOCAL Residence / LOCAL experience will be given priority.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve sales target given by the management
• Conduct frequent meetings with Clients & Consultants
• Develop business target and achieve the targets
• Take leadership & active ownership to run the sales department independently
• Responsible for brand establishment in respective areas
• Maintain Sales Database
• Prepare sales strategy and operational plan for different business segments
• Identify the training need of sales team and ensure proper training
• Improve the Sales reporting system & documentation
• Collect information and monitor product performance and customer satisfaction regularly
• Responsible to run a team

• 6 to 8 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• 6-8 years for Managers, 4-5 years for Asst. Managers. Transformer, switchgear, bus bar trunking experience is an advantage.
• Candidates having engineering background with Sales Experience will have preference.
• Sound knowledge in Computer, MS office program especially in Ms Excel, Ms Word and be Internet savvy.
