Job Responsibilities
- As per the management vision and business plan for the year, prepare the recruitment plan along with the other department.
- Look after the entire Human Resources department by planning (Yearly, Half yearly), instructing the team with proper guidelines.
- Maintaining attendance, leaves, payroll, compensation &benefits.
- Ensuring payroll is completed accurately and to deadline.
- Organize and control the HR procedures and evaluate the process as per the progress.
- Also manage the recruitment of various departments as per approved requirements through head hunting, newspaper ad or internal sourcing job interviews.
- Review and develop various labors, casual workers relation policies and maintain and negotiate cooperative conformity.
- Conducting training needs analysis as well as design and implement a training plan with input from business heads while managing costs to budget.
- Supervise and administer personnel development through various management trainings like interpersonal skills and occupational health and environmental issues.
- Handle employee terminations, grievance, equity and other difficult situations in a sensitive, fair and respectful manner.
- Continuously cooperate and suggest various department heads or team leaders with proper guidelines regarding how to comply according to company HR policies and regulations.
- Supervise and classify the employee job and salary grading.
- Solving any grievance of workers and recommending Disciplinary Action, if necessary.
- Along with the other department heads discuss and review various employment policies, benefits and pay package and take part in various inquiry committees like grievance handling, pilferage or misconduct or violation of company code of conduct related issues along with other inquiry officers as nominated by management.
- Any others job assigned by the management

Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
- Post graduate Diploma in HRM is Preferable
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 35 years

- Team playing attitude with great leadership quality
- Sound computer knowledge specially in MS Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and take challenges.
- Very good written English and moderate ability to communicate verbally
