Job Context
To identify staff training and development needs, prepare comprehensive training plan, organize and coordinate training activities and ensure the quality of training
Job Responsibilities
- Assess the training needs for the staff in a team
- Develop training curriculum and teaching-learning materials
- Organize and conduct training sessions independently
- Prepare monthly and yearly training plan and budget
- Coordinate with different training users within the organization for training organization
- Communicate with training vendors, prepare training offer document and organize
- training accordingly
- Maintain the training database and prepare training report

Educational Requirements
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Masters degree from any reputed university and no third class in academic career
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Training & Development
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
NGO
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 45 years
- Should have experiences of managing a training center independently.
- Excellent ability in communications, both verbal and written (including in English)
- Knowledge on different updated training methods
- Good presentation, coaching and mentoring skills
- Knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel, IT and software operation
- Excellent analytical ability with data analysis
- Self-motivated, creative with high integrity
- Flexible to undertake challenges
- Willing to build career in training
