Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot in-house Call center & IVR applications.
- Develop and maintain Natural Language Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications.
- Prepare test cases & results.
- Develop configuration and maintenance procedures
- Support agent and infrastructure including upgrades and patching
- Research new technologies, solutions
- Monitor IP and PBX servers for their functionalities
- Ensure internal and regulatory compliance.
- Troubleshoot voice services for all LAN and WAN hardware components, and configure correct communication media segments.
- Maintain communication with relevant stakeholders for smooth operation of call center services.
- Any other responsibilities as required.

Educational Requirements
- The candidate should B.Sc / M.Sc in Computer Science I Computer Science & Engineering
- from any reputed Public or Private University.
Additional Requirements
- 1 – 3 years of Java, PHP programming and some VOIP project experience.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript.
- Proficient with IDEs such as Netbeans, Eclipse or InteIIiJ IDEA.
- Good knowledge of Linux.
- Knowledge of SQL (MySqI/ Oracle).
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and programming (TCP/IP, UDP).
- Excellent knowledge of VolP and SIP.
- Good Knowledge of Telecom Protocols (Voip,SIP,H323,ISDN & PBX).
- Strong knowledge in IP troubleshooting skills including TCP/IP, NAT, DHCP, DNS, WAN/LAN.
- Excellent communication skill & should be able to communicate & write in English.
- Good experience in Client Support.
- Good experience and knowledge of Telephony protocols, Call Center, interfaces, TI, El.
- Experience/knowledge of the Contact Center environment, including call flow, CTI integration, Reporting and Work Force Management.
