• Knowledge of the practical application of civil engineering. This includes applying principle, technique, procedures and equipment to the civil construction works.
• Knowledge of materials, methods and the tools involved in the civil construction works.
• Excellent command in MS-office.
• Knowledge of resource allocation, leadership technique and coordination of people and resources.
• Knowledge of quality assurance & Control and safety procedure in the civil construction works.
• Skills & abilities to determine the kind of tools & equipment needed to do a job.
• Skills & abilities to conduct tests & inspections of construction works to evaluate quality.
• Ability to work as a team leader and motivate, develop & direct people at work and identify the best people for the job.
• Hands on experience on Project Management Methodology (Processes, Tools & Technique and Knowledge areas).
