Job Context

Shanto-Mariam Foundation is looking for a Chief Technology Officer (C TO) to provide sound tech- nical leadership in all aspects of our business. As CTO persons applying need to communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure that company`s available technologies are used appropriately. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. Company expect Candi-dates to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts.

Job Responsibilities

Developing technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
Supervising system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
Building quality assurance and data protection processes
Monitoring KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
Communicating technology strategy to partners and investors

Educational Requirements

MBA along with BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or in a related fields

Experience Requirements

At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role for at least 10 years
Understanding of budgets and business-planning
Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
Excellent communication skills
Leadership and organizational abilities
Strategic thinking
Problem-solving aptitude
