Counseling Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Arrange routine welfare meetings and Training, such as Fire, Grievance, EHS, etc.
• Follow-up the social standards/ requirements regarding Child Labor, Forced Labor, Non- Discrimination etc.
• Act as a bridge between the management and the workers;
• Aware the workers of their legal rights and others privileges;
• Counseling & Develop the total Health & Safety Issues in the total industry premises..
• Absent workers counseling and data base maintaining;
• Develop & Counseling about the environmental issues of the company.
• And any other work assigned by the Management.
