Job Responsibilities
- Assist to plan, manage and administer recruitment & selection process and employee engagement events.
- Maintain employee personal files, records and HRIS.
- Assist to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
- Communicate with candidates, recruitment sources, training institutes etc.
- Conduct research on contemporary HR issues and prepare summaries/ presentations
- Provide support to the HR team in timely implementation of HR events

Educational Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in English
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in any field.
- Language skill: Excellent in English (writing and speaking).
- Computer skill: Operation of internet, e-mailing (Outlook), Microsoft word, Microsoft excel and Microsoft power point
- Personal skill: High level of interpersonal skills, self-confidence, patience and ability to work in a team often under pressure.
