Job Context
- Ajinomoto Bangladesh Limited is looking for qualified experienced Manager, General Affairs Department (HR, Admin & Compliance)
- The position is directly responsible to report Managing Director and should have sufficient experience of corporate management and responsible for managing HR and Admin operations of the company.
Job Responsibilities
- To assist Managing Director in developing policy on administration and general office service
- Directly supervise office support staff responsibilities include Training, Planning, and Assigning & Directing work, addressing complaints & resolving.
- To manage development, planning, implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures and programs in support of the project.
- Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management & Compensation Benefit & incentive schemes.
- Follow-up a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staffs and management personnel in All Projects.
- Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
- Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental enquiry & grievance.
- To Monitoring Departmental Budget (monthly, half-yearly & yearly etc.)
- Extremely organized and capable of managing the full organization.
- Monitor and establish company’s security system
- Manage and Control company’s fixed asset and insurance
- Manage and control residential and commercial
- Execute company’s annual event and activities
- Follow up employee/labor relation & legal affairs work
- Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues
- Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc on administrative issues
- Ensure administrative policy & procedure for smooth running in the company.
- Update all office Documentation, license, certificates & others file.
- Handle legal & settlement issues relevant to HR & Admin Department.
- Manage transportation facilities of organization
- To lead a team and make them same skilled, to identify and solve any sort of problem.
- Monitor and solve company’s IT related issues in collaboration of service provider
- Manage defined procurement for the company
- Expatriate management ( Foreigners VISA, Job Permit, Residence, Mobile, Internet, Car, Security and Traveling management)
- Any other tasks as necessary and assigned
