Job Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of sustainable compliance in factory.
- Provide necessary support to the factory’s Compliance team during Buyers’ / Certification Audit.
- Monitor measure and report on compliance issues.
- Sound knowledge about local law, Better Work, Higg, QMS, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, CT-PAT, BNBC, ILO, ACCORD, ALLIANCE etc.
- Maintain & update legal documents.
- Communicate and support production facilities to ensure environmental compliance as required by Environmental guideline.
- Lead the Internal (Social Compliance) Audit at facilities within the Group and suppliers’ facilities, and coordinate to implement remedial measures of all non-conformity
- Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of compliance and to ensure they are fully informed of compliance objectives, purpose and achievements.
- Improve, maintain and introduce new regulation when required.
- Prepare Corrective action plan with finding the root causes to eliminate the issues permanently.
- Maintain and ensure sustainable compliance following the buyer’s Code of Conduct.
- Dealing with Buyer and third party auditor.
- Communicate with Top management if raise any compliance related critical issue from audits, Buyer’s visit or any recommendation from buyers.
- Dealing with foreign delegates for their Product and compliance concerns. Any other task delegated by the management.
- Conduct or arrange formal & informal compliance Training for the Employee/Worker’s about labor law, certification as well as buyers’ requirements
- Monitor factory activities to detect breach of compliance and immediately take appropriate action.

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR, Law , Compliance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in compliance, law , HR
- Post Graduation Diploma on Compliance
- National University students will get preference
- Skills Required: Administrative

- At least 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compliance, HR, Health/ Safety & Fire, Welfare, Labor Counseling, MICROSOFT OFFICE
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

- Age at least 35 years

- Have sound knowledge on different buyers Code of Conduct
- Should have sound knowledge on different certification.
- Good leadership ability to lead & motivate.
