Job Context
- Navana Engineering Limited (NEL) is one of the most advanced Plastics, uPVC Pipe & Fittings Manufacturing business in Bangladesh.
- Job Location: Factory (Kaliganj-Gazipur).
Job Responsibilities
- Assist to line manager in day to day HR & Compliance activities of the factory.
- Ensure core HR & Compliance practices in the factory for systematic development & sustainability.
- To assist Prepare & update Company policies & documents according to the last amendment of Labor Law & Labor Rules.
- To arrange, conduct & process workers Recruitment & Selection as per Recruitment & Selection policy & Procedure.
- Maintain human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- To oversee daily workers safety issue about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & rout case analysis.
- To monitor the floor for checking all kinds of compliance issues and take necessary action
- To motivate & aware the employees regarding health and safety issues.
- To arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, Security Awareness training etc. effectively.
- To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per requirement.
- To prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
- Conduct internal audit, Management review meeting for ISO 18001, 14001 & EHS.
- Ensure safety, product safety and compliance activities in workplace.

Educational Requirements
- Masters/ Graduate in HRM/ any discipline from any reputed Public or private university.
Experience Requirements
- At least 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compliance, General HR, Factory HR Administration - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 26 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Experience in conducting various Buyer & Compliance related audit.
- Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law & Labor Rules.
- Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively.
- The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.
- Proficient in MS Office Package.
- Good inter-personal & communication skills.
- Efficiently manage and meet deadlines.
