Job Responsibilities

• Plan and process the demand of new purchase items.
• Receive products in accordance with Purchase Order (PO) and check the quality.
• Complete MRR in the software.
• Maintain Stationary items, toiletries items, kitchen refreshment items, general accessories, promotional items and other admin items.
• Maintain Admin Store’s inventory.
• Check minimum stock in the regional mini stores in different location.
• Take approval for different office’s items purchase.
• Check the Advance requirement and expense adjustment from different stores.
• Follow up the expenditure of different stores.
• Maintain different offices demand and make the product available in time.
• Maintain scrap items in Admin Store.
• Receive scrap items from different section/department with proper documentation.
• Ensure timely disposal of scarp items.
