A fast growing Life Insurance Company is intend to recruit General Manager (Accounts & Finance). Applications are invited from the deserving candidates for this senior management position.
Job Responsibilities
- Management of Accounts & Finance related all activities.
- Improvement of internal control systems.
- Imparting skill development training to own team members (incl. field) on regular basis
- Ensuring compliances of rules of IDRA and other statutory bodies
- Supervision of the activities of accounts & finance personnel
- Preparation and submission of necessary reports/analysis timely including budget & budgetary control
- Maintaining liaison with all relevant sections/departments/authorities

Educational Requirements
- CA (Professional level/ partly qualified)
Additional Requirements
- The applicants should have relevant experience of more than five (5) years in Life Insurance
- Good communication skill (Bangla and English)
- Excellent analytical skill and strong personality to plan, control, supervise and organize the departmental activities.
- Knowledge about International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Accounting Standards (IAS).
- Knowledge on working in SAP or other renowned software.
