Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruiting employee
- Responsible for salary management (including budget)
- Responsible for leave & attendance management
- Responsible for managing employee benefits and caring for employees
- Implement HR programs by providing HR services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, statutory compliance and labor relations
- Develop HR solutions by collecting and analyzing information
- Maintain and regularly update the HR database
- Other tasks assigned by management

Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
- PGD in HR is preferable
- Must have in depth knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act 2006
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, Performance & Career Management
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 23 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Good at communication with Bangla and English (specially in terms of work)
- Be proficient in using office software (Excel, word, PPT)
- Integrity, work with toughness, better compression ability
- Good expression, communication, analysis and judgment, team spirit, active listening & positive attitude
- Work carefully and be good at finding and solving problems
