Job Responsibilities
Provide overall HR leadership to the organization and ensure that the HR Lead on the Learning and Development plan (L&D) for the Bangladesh operation.
Lead on the Performance Management process for the operation and ensuring performance review is completed on time.
Support Head Human Resources and/or lead in implementing a range of HR initiatives including talent management, employee engagement, employer branding etc.
Assist staff in understanding relevant HR policies and procedures and knowledge of where to obtain guidance on them.
Provide support to staff in terms of HR counseling and grievance handling.
Oversee payroll operation in HR.

MBA in HRM, from any public or reputed private university. The premier institute shall be given an advantage.
