Job Responsibilities
- To look after the overall administrative stuffs of the plant under the guidance of Head of Division (AHR & Logistics)
- To conduct and manage the recruitment & selection process.
- To monitor & ensure strict compliance of all HR and Admin related policies and procedures.
- To prepare notes, draft office orders and memos in respect of day-to-day HR operations.
- To ensure legal compliance of policies, disciplinary procedures, employee separation from service procedures and prepare severance payment as per Labor Law.
- To manage Leaves & daily Attendance of all staff. Time to time verify and ensure physical attendance of each and every employees.
- To arrange and coordinate official meetings at plant site and to ensure the distribution of meeting minutes.
- To confirm proper security of the company’s assets and properties including fire safety.
- To supervise and monitor the cleaning & gardening activities to ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene in the factory premises.
- To facilitate the movement and accommodations of Foreigners and guest.
- To maintain close contact & effective liaison with different govt./semi-govt./private organizations on various issues related to company’s business.

Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- BBA/ MBA Major in HRM with good academic record from any recognized Public/Private University.
- Candidate with PGDHRM will be given advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Training & Development, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Manpower Recruitment, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Power
Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 37 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Factory HR Administration, Organization Development/ Process Improvement
- The applicants should be fluent in English.
- The applicants should have sound knowledge in MIS.
- The applicants should have sound knowledge in ERP
- The applicants should be Expert in MS Office.
