Job Responsibilities
- To perform with management to develop and implement human resource plans and procedures.
- To develop, implement and update competitive compensation and benefit plans to retain key and potential employees and selected crucial candidates.
- To monitor the works for recruits after receiving the Management-approved Talent Hunt requisition from the respective department head.
- To prepare human resource based upon business needs and goals.
- To perform with management to develop and implement recruitment process and procedures.
- To follow up and control job posting, CV sorting and interview schedules and programs.
- Statutory documents maintain; Renewal of license & agreement.
- Monitoring office Cleanliness.
- Vehicle management of the company
- Will be responsible to collect related papers and documents from Landowners / Media man.
- Will be responsible for vetting and verifying of collected documents and papers.
- Will be responsible to consult with Legal Advisor for a legal opinion as and when required.
- Will be responsible for checking of drafted Purchase Agreement, Purchase Deed, Sale Deed, Power of Attorney etc.
- Will be responsible to visit all suitable land areas, select land, complete registration and take possession of land for all concerns of Group.
- Build and strengthen relations and develop connections with land.
- Venture in line with the Govt. and Rajuk Rules and Real Estate.
- Must be able to lead a team as well as meet his own Targets.
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, Govt. office and ensure legal compliance
- Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
- MBA/ M.Com /B.B.A/B.Com from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements
- 10 to 15 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Recruitment & Selection, Factory HR Administration
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 45 years
- Candidates should have experience in HR, Administration & Land
- At least 10 year(s) from any reputed garments manufacturing factory.
- Well experienced in HR & Administration function in reputed garments manufacturing factory.
- Experienced in capability & capacity management & development.
- Strong in written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS office package along with good command .
- Excellent communication skill both in written & spoken English.
- Candidates must possess & exhibit strong leadership abilities.
