Job Context
- Job Location: Dhaka or any other place in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle all the legal related issues of behalf of the company
- Represent in the honorable Courts on behalf of the company.
- Purse, monitor and act to represent all the litigation affairs at all the honorable Court.
- Communicate with panel lawyers of Fareast Finance and Investment Limited regarding litigation matters of the Company.
- Check draft agreement and draft charge/security documents.
- To prepare various reportsregarding litigation matters for Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory authorities.
- To prepare notice and minutes for Complaint Management Committee.
- Any other activities assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
- Must be LL.M., LL.B. (Hons.) from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements
- 4 to 6 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 38 years
- 04 to 06 years in the relevant field.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building and people management skills.
- Ability to handle complex situation.
- Good negotiation skills and communication skill in English and Bengali.
