Job Responsibilities
- Ensure Leave Attendance records and Salary of all the Employees & following up for the Leave applications with the Employees.
- Responsible for updating HRIS (Human Resources Information System) on time on ERP
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
- Orienting new employees to the organization
- Maintaining all HR related files in a professional manner
- Ensure proper documentation of all necessary compliance documents (workers’ attendance report, leave report, salary sheet, and OT sheet)
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates& turnover etc
- Operate & maintain Payroll system on ERP
- Any responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
- Job Location: Aarong Dairy Factory, Gazipur

Educational Requirements
- The candidates must have MA/M.com/MBA from any discipline (preferably in Accounting/ Management/ Public Administration/ HRM) with minimum CGPA 2.5/2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any reputed university.
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 32 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing ( Food industry)
- Experience in factory HR will be given preference
- Must have knowledge in Salary, Attendance, Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, HRIS/HR Database Management, ERP & Recruitment & Selection
- Must have skills in Active Listening and Reading, Speaking & Writing, Active Learning, Coordination, Service Orientations, Speech Clarity, Problem solving, Analytical ability, Communication etc
