Job Responsibilities
- Plan and Manage day-to-day operations of MD’s Secretariat.
- Maintain MD & CEO’S agenda in planning & scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Greet and interact with all level of visitors of MD’s Secretariat.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Prepare & circulate various information and instruction from MD’s secretariat.
- Liaison with Senior Management, Head of Divisions and Branches.
- Establish & maintain professional relationship within and outside the bank.
- Make travel arrangements for MD & CEO.
- Any other job/instruction as and when assigned by the Management of the Bank

Educational Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree having no 3rd Class/equivalent CGPA in his/her academic record.
Additional Requirements
- 2-3 years’ related working experience.
- Sound knowledge on computer especially in MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
