Job Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining different HR & Compliance policies in line with Labor Law, Buyers’ Code of Conducts, industry standards, Alliance, Accord etc.;
- Prepare factory and attend distinguish buyer’s compliance audit like – Social/ Ethical Compliance Audit, Technical/ FCCA/ Quality audit, Electrical Assessment, C-TPAT/ GSV/ SCS Audit etc. independently and keep proper documents.
- Supervise overall compliance team & assign their respective duties.
- To have clear knowledge regarding recruitment, selection, training, promotion, increment, worker’s wages, salary and all kinds of welfare issues of employees.
- Manage HR functions including office time, leave management, Grievance Management and disciplinary functions effectively.
- Ensure the Training and Development Programmed is appropriate to retain staff and to enhance their knowledge and skills and health and safety programs.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Ensure all kind of health & safety issue within the law & company policy.
- To take care all kinds of audits & buyer’s visit by leading the same.
- Ensure updating all relevant Registers as required by local law and customers Code of conduct.
- Follow up internal audits are properly conduct or not in timely manner by respective compliance team.
- Discuss with compliance team about the CAPs of internal audits. If raise any critical issue then communicate with top management for smooth rectification.
- Provide training for compliance team to improve their performance.
- Review the performance of compliance team in a periodic manner & report to top management.

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR
- SA 8000 will get preference
- PGDHRM will get preference

- At least 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 35 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- 6 to 8 years of practical experience in the relevant field and at least 2 years’ experience as Asst. Manager HR & Compliance.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & Labor rule 2015.
- specially working with H&M ‘Higg’ index. (Social Part)
- Sound knowledge on WRAP, BSCI principals, ISO standard & ETI base code.
- Excellent leadership skill.
