- Job Location : Head Office.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance in respect of rules and regulations from IDRA and other regulatory authorities.
- Directs and supervises the activities of staff.
- Provides guidance for human resource development.
- Implements company policies, adopts marketing strategy and business development program.
- Delegates duties among staff members.
- Monitors costs against budget.
- Makes key decisions for interest of the Company.
- Researches and analyses industry, market and competitors to make informed strategic decisions.
- Creates initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities, reduce operational threats and maximizes core strengths.
- Identifies core competencies and defines operational goals.
- Liaisons with Board of Directors to make sure that all efforts are in alignment.
- Implementing new processes and procedures across the business.
- Providing strategic advice to the Board and Chairperson.
- Preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement.
- Ensure that company policies and legal guidelines are communicated in all the way from the top to down in the company and that they are followed at all times.
- Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities.
