- Unit Name: Texmart Trading Company Ltd.
- Texmart Trading Company Ltd. (concern of Giant Group) is one of the leading national fashion brand retailer and distributor in Bangladesh with several local and international fashion brands under its umbrella.
Job Responsibilities
- Responding to customers’ web &/or social media inquiries regarding online products and orders.
- Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product options that are available.
- Ensuring prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
- Must have idea about online marketplace order processing system. Knowledge of e- commerce platform/websites will be preferred.
- Regularly update & input post on social media (Facebook), reply to customer messages& comments.
- Must full fill all sales order placed in the website and arrange for delivery from warehouse to customer by efficient management of courier services
- Collect and deposit all sales proceeds from website and deposit with accounts.
- Work closely with MIS and other departments to constantly update the website making it look fresh and engaging.
- Ensure top customer satisfaction and ensure low order cancellation.
- Analyze customer demand and sales data and ensure the website is offering those products by working closely with product and development team.
- Ensure repeat purchase in the website by providing the best customer service.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales, stock and transfer report.
