Job Responsibilities

• Support customer in terms of their required CSR/Compliance.
• Full coordination of customer /Buyer visit or audit in factory.
• Assessment of customer’s new CSR requirement(if any) and implement in terms of future business prospect.
• Promoting Alliance along with YKK BGD CSR towards customer for potential business growth.
• Communication with YHA & GMG for any customer RSL/testing or any other global issue.
• Responsible take part implementing YKK Corporate CSR e.g: Bluesign,Higg Index,YGCC
• Coordination of customer complain and improving sales mistake reduction.
• Coordinate all sales location’s IMS/ISO documentation and conduct internal audit.
• Promoting YKK eco friendly product to customer which demand growing currently.
• Follow up government legislation and public pressure towards ecological performance.
