Job Responsibilities
- Manpower planning and handling, recruitment of manpower in right place in right time.
- Job analysis and preparation of job description prior to recruitment.
- To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection, induction etc. as per set Recruitment & Selection policy & Procedure.
- Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR process and practices in the organization as per management directives to meet the needs of the organization.
- Formulate and Develop and upgrading of HR manual / policy in the organization
- Maintain excellent understanding and relationship between the Workers, Executive & the Top Management of the Company.
- Maintaining liaison with other departments in connection with streamlining HR practices in the workplace.
- Development a standard performance appraisal system to increase the productivity of the employees.
- Motivate, counsel the staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
- Supervise overall admin activities in Head Office & factory operations.
- Administrate overall disciplinary matters of the organization considering the Management jurisdiction, organizational policy and relevant rules and regulations.
- Prepare and Submit different report to the management.

Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM or Public Administration
- Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM
Experience Requirements
- 12 to 15 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Compliance, General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Factory HR Administration, Performance & Career Management
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement, Cement Industry, Steel

- Age at least 35 years
