• Design & Implements Computer Network Topology
• Expert in Computer troubleshooting
• Data recovery
• Clean Up Virus
• Office 2007, 2016
• Windows XP, Windows 7, 10 & Basic Linux
• Internet & Email
• Fluency in typing Bengali and English.
• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Setup and maintain computer network LAN and WAN network
• Perform in any IT initiatives.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
• Internet networking with switch/Router configuration and cabling.
• Desktop/Laptop user support and hardware trouble shooting.
• Cabling and Crimping network cables & connectors as per requirements.
• Respond to any IT related problems.
• Initiate IT related training to other users
• Dedicated to work in team & independently
• Support to all officers and management in typing documents in Bengali & English.
