Job Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and implement strategic policy & procedure in aspect of HR management including manpower planning, recruitment, selection, placement compensation/benefits, orientation, documentation, attendance monitoring, leave management performance appraisals making, career planning, organizing training, succession planning, talent acquisition, formulation of policies, rules, and regulation.
- To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection, induction, etc. as per set Recruitment & Selection Policy & Procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment process is followed (To put the right person, in the right place, in the right time, on the right remuneration.)
- Knowledge of the HR Management System, in particular, Human Resource Planning, Recruitment & Selection, career and succession planning, performance Management system, Compensation and benefits, Industrial Relations, Safety & Security, Office administration, factory administration, etc.
- Develop a strategy to establish appropriate HR process and practices in the organization as per management directives to meet the needs of the organization.
- To maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resources policies and procedures.
- Maintaining liaison with other departments in connection with streamlining HR practices in the workplace.
- Planning and managing training and development programs for the employees, as and when required.
- Performance Management Systems reviewed & rolled out as per best practice.
- Motivate, counsel the staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
- Assist & coordinate the performance appraisal process and coordinate the implementation of the system.
- Administrate overall disciplinary matters of the organization consider to Management jurisdiction, organizational policy, and Bangladesh Labor Law.
- To handle overall office Management activities, consider costing optimization.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements
- At least 7 year(s)

- Age at least 32 years
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Very good Communication skill in English & Bangla Both verbal & Written.
- Good understanding of professional etiquette.
- Well, Presentable & Matured.
- Well conversant in Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 (with amendment 2013) & rules 2015 and 2018.
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work effectively with all categories of employees.
- Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, HR Reporting and other HR software and tools.
- Adeptness in all facets of HR & admin functions.
