Job Context
- Islamic Finance and Investment Limited (IFIL), a financial institution based on Islamic Shariah, has the following temporary vacancy for immediate employment. Only industrious and sincere candidates who have required competency with good academic records may apply.
- Category of Emplacement : Contract Basis.
- For 4 months. However, the position may have possibility of further extension subject to mutual agreement of both sides
- Job Location: Dhaka city area
Job Responsibilities
- Superviion & look after the basic civil/architect engineering works, drawing, site preparation and interior design & decoration works.
- Perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing both exterior & interior and overseeing the interior design & decoration works.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site works.
- Liaising with consultants, sub-contractors, planners, quantity Surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project and keep record of progress.
- Ensure timely completion of interior works as per planned schedule.
- Ensure standard of quality of works according to specifications and construction plan.
- Maintain records of work done by contractors.
- Check & certify the bills and vouchers of the works.
- Provide technical advice to the Management as & when required.
- Other task as & when assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Civil/ Architecture Engineering from reputed University.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in civil/architecture engineering role especially in supervising and monitoring the interior design & decoration works.
