Job Responsibilities
- Assist in implementation of performance review procedures (Ex: 360° Evaluation, MBO etc.)
- Assist in full cycle of recruitment process.
- Review & update HRIS.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (Ex: Recruitment, staffing, training, grievances, performance evaluation etc.)
- Assist in full spectrum of monthly leave management and payroll functions.
- Verification of bills and personnel tracking management.
- Maintain proper stationary, vendor and asset management and all other administrative operations.
- Basic knowledge of labor law and general HR practices.
- Any other task assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements
- BBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) from DU, JA, NSU, BRAC, EWU, AIUB, and IUB only.
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 28 years
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specially in Excel.
- Presentation and reporting skill.
- English language proficiency in writing and speaking.
